Q: Where can I get my Username and Password?
A: All usernames and passwords are issued by C² Technologies, Inc. Contract your C² representative and they will more than happy to assist you.
Q: Where can I go for login help?
A: If you need additional help, please contact our Portal Support Center via email at portal@c2ti.com. Someone will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Q: I can't get in to the portal even though I'm typing in the right information for login. What am I doing wrong?
A: Usernames and passwords are case sensitive, so make sure you are using capital letters where necessary. If you continue to have problems, contact your Project Manager right away. The server may be down, or the Project Manager may have sent you incorrect information for login.
