TROUBLE LOGGING IN Return to Login

C² Technologies, Inc. made every effort to make logging onto the Project Portal a quick and painless endeavor. However, there are times when unexpected difficulties arise.

Logging on the C² Client Portal is a fairly simple process. Prior to attempting a logon, please contact your designated C² Technologies, Inc. Project Manager at (703) 748-2780 to receive a username and password. That same username and password may be used by all project team members in your organization to access or upload project files. After receiving the username and password, access the Login Screen and enter the information in the available fields. Finally, select the Login button to begin using the Project Portal.

If you have forgotten your username and/or password, please contact your C² Technologies, Inc. Project Manager for the information.


Q: Where can I get my Username and Password?

A: All usernames and passwords are issued by C² Technologies, Inc. Contract your C² representative and they will more than happy to assist you.


Q: Where can I go for login help?

A: If you need additional help, please contact our Portal Support Center via email at portal@c2ti.com. Someone will get in touch with you as soon as possible.


Q: I can't get in to the portal even though I'm typing in the right information for login. What am I doing wrong?

A: Usernames and passwords are case sensitive, so make sure you are using capital letters where necessary. If you continue to have problems, contact your Project Manager right away. The server may be down, or the Project Manager may have sent you incorrect information for login.
